Wedding Photographer in Austin Texas - Preparation
Once Booked:

  • We will visit several weeks before your wedding to review the requirements  for  photographs, meet immediate members of the family when possible, and discuss any special needs. At this time we will also set up your engagement and bridal portraits sessions.
  • Verify all information regarding the Church/Venue,  reception hall  address and times
  • A week before the wedding we do a complete dry run of the wedding. We start from where you will get dressed, to the ceremony location  and on to the reception using the exact times to gauge lighting and traffic.
  • We identify areas at your wedding location where group shots and other special pictures will be taken.
  • We always endeavor to attend your wedding rehearsal so that we are aware of the general flow of events and capture any last minutes changes in plans.
We are wedding photojournalists and tell your wedding love story through pictures. As your day unfolds there will be several candid moments which we will capture but we also take the time to take the formal pictures you have requested.
